Who is Mutua MiTutela?
It is a Provident and Relief Fund in accordance with the Italian law n. 3818/1886, which safeguards the quality of life of its members through the implementation of medical prevention under a mutuality programme.
It is a non-profit company which operates domestically and is inspired by the principles of solidarity on a mutual basis.
This programme is available to all lnser S.p.A.’s Clients who wish to join it to receive medical and welfare benefits while enjoying tax and contribution incentives.
It is set up with the aim of creating a widespread supplementary healthcare system, which can effectively respond to the welfare needs of their insureds, commonly used by Italian families through the domestic health industry.

Four good reasons
The current Italian Consolidated Income Tax Act (TUIR art. 15) provides that 19% of membership contributions paid by legal persons to provident and relief funds up to a maximum of € 1,291.14 can be deducted. The deduction does not cumulate with other deductions such as life, accident or social security policies and is reserved for provident and relief funds only.
Terms and conditions of the Provident and Relief Fund of MiTutela have been defined as per the services requested by its Members.
The scope and purpose of the Provident and Relief Fund offers each insured the status of “membership” under a mutual plan. Coverage terminates following the death of the insured or their request to terminate coverage.
The Mutua guarantees its Members quality, certainty and continuity of services.
